What are access support services?
What can Access Support Provide?
Anyone experiencing physical disability, a mental health condition, neurodivergence or a long-term health condition can benefit from assistance to remove barriers they may face in work, accessing funding, or services. In many cases, funding is available to ensure artists can access a support worker.
Catherine has many years of experience as a trained note-taker and general access support worker, especially for arts and creative projects, and can provide:
- Note-taking
- Interpreting ideas to write up answers
- IT access support
- Help to break down and structure grants, forms and criteria
- Explaining feedback and requirements
- Physical assistance in person, e.g supporting with travel
This support may suit Arts Council England grant applicants or anyone requiring these services for creative or work projects. The support is entirely person-led and tailored to your needs. Please get in touch below with any questions.
